Will Google take over the world?

Ftrain: August 2009: How Google beat Amazon and Ebay to the Semantic Web This is a very interesting speculation on where the web is going, and why Google could be the company to take it there. Not too much fluff, and based on reading around the author's site, I got the impression he wasn't just an idiot, which is the impression I get from most people who babble on about "the next big thing".
